How do I reserve a spot in the camp?

Registration is on first come, first serve basis. To register please go to the “Contact” tab and fill out the “Connect with us” Form. Please include the week(s) you would like your child to attend, along with their age group and your contact email and phone number.

What is included?

The $500/450 euro price includes 5 days of training with the HAC coaches and players. Players will learn the HAC methodology and will have the opportunity to showcase their skills to Prep school and College recruits on Fridays. 5 gallon water jugs will be provided at the field so that players stay hydrated. Small snacks will be provided during break; however, your child should bring their own lunch. Campers will be provided with a HAC training shirt, drawstring bag, and a water bottle. The camper will also leave with a HAC certified diploma of camp completion and a personal evaluation done by the HAC staff.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refound up to 3 months before camp, 70% refound up to 2 months before camp, 50% up to 1 month before camp, no refound if cancelling 15 days or less before camp.

What age is the HAC Camp for?

The Boys and girls age ranges from 12-18 year olds.

Who are the coaches?

Mickael Bunel will be the head coach of the camp along with members from the HAC women’s team. There will also be camp counselors from from the Hopkins school to help run and organize the teams.

What are the primary languages spoken during camp?

English will be the primary language, but some french will be incorporated into the training sessions to encourage a cultural exchange amongst players and coaches

Are the fields grass or artificial?

Campers will mainly train on grass fields. Some scrimmage fields on Friday will be artificial turf.

Where will the players be training?

Campers will train on the grass fields behind the Hopkins School. All group demonstrations will be done on the Football Field, Parr Field, which is artificial.

What is the rain plan in case of inclement weather?

In the event of inclement weather, all players will be directed into the Walter Camp Center, where sessions will be resumed in the indoor gym. Please have your child bring indoor soccer shoes.

Do you offer special discount for groups?

We do offer a special 10% discount rate for groups/teams. If your team of 10 or more wishes to attend the camp and receive customized training please fill out the “Connect with us” Form. Please have the team representative include the name of the group/team, the age group, how many players will attend, and a call back email and phone number

Is lunch included in the cost of the camp?

No, players are recommended to bring their own lunch to camp each day. Water and snacks will be provided, but players should also bring a full water bottle with them as well.

What does the player need to bring to camp?

Cleats, shinguards, a full water bottle, a lunch, a soccer ball, sneakers, and indoor shoes (in the case of inclimate weather)

What is the ratio of coach to players?

1 coach to every 14 to 20 players.

How will the practice groups be set up?

All participants are separated by age first. Within the first two days, the participants are all evaluated by the HAC coaching staff and switched into the appropriate group based on their skill level.

Can I order extra gear?

Extra gear will be for sale in the camp store located at Hopkins, and can be purchased throughout the week once camp begins

How do I get a customized jersey?

Customized jersey’s can be purchased during the registration process. There is an option on the registration page that will allow players to pre-order an HAC jersey with their name and number for an extra fee.

Will residence be provided for French players who travel to US?

There will be accommodations made for players traveling from outside of the United States in a hotel near the field. The hotel fee will be included in the camp package for these players.

Will there be airport transportation provided for abroad players?

Yes, there will be transportation to and from the fields for abroad players.

My child takes prescription medication – should I inform you about this?

Please inform us about any prescription medications on the first day of camp, along with a doctor’s note if necessary.
